My journey into Learning and Development began in a college classroom, where I was teaching communications to computer science students. I quickly realized my passion wasn’t just in teaching content but in discovering how people learn best. I experimented with different techniques—from interactive projects to digital tools—and saw firsthand how technology could make learning more engaging and accessible.
This curiosity led me to pivot into L&D, where I’ve spent the last decade helping organizations—from startups to global enterprises—create impactful learning strategies. I’ve developed leadership programs, designed onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success, and built cultures of continuous learning.
My true passion lies in digital learning transformation—leveraging technology to create adaptive, immersive learning experiences.
